Please read the following policies carefully to understand how cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are handled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchange Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We understand that sometimes sizes might not match perfectly. That\u2019s why we offer a hassle-free exchange process for eligible products within India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Exchange<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Available for domestic orders only (within India).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with tags intact and in original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bags, home d\u00e9cor, and jewelry are not eligible for exchange unless there&#8217;s a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color or fabric texture variations will not be considered valid reasons for exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchange Request Process<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reach out within 24\u201348 hours of receiving your order at <a href=\"mailto:info@achrangi.com\">info@achrangi.com<\/a> (Mon\u2013Sat, 10AM\u20136PM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A processing fee of \u20b9300 per product applies. Once paid, please share the screenshot via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may also choose to self-ship the product. In that case, we will provide the return address and instructions. Kindly share tracking details after dispatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After receiving the item, our team will conduct a quality check. If everything\u2019s in order, your exchange will be delivered within 7\u201310 working days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the desired size is unavailable, we\u2019ll issue a credit note valid for 90 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We allow cancellations, but only within a limited time window to ensure timely production and dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer-Initiated Cancellations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can cancel a prepaid or COD order within 48 hours of placing it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For prepaid orders, we offer a credit note or you may choose a different item of equal value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To request a cancellation, email <a href=\"mailto:info@achrangi.com\">info@achrangi.com<\/a> or call us during working hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Achrangi-Initiated Cancellations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stock unavailability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect product listing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment verification issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspected fraud or system errors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders and a cancellation notification will be sent via email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation Charges<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you cancel a prepaid order, payment gateway fees (2\u20133%) will be deducted from your refund or credit note.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund amount will be credited within 7\u201310 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As all our pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted with care, we do not offer returns or refunds after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All purchases are final.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sale items or discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are only applicable in cases where Achrangi cancels the order or in rare cases of manufacturing defects (upon verification).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Credit Notes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Issued credit notes will be sent to your registered email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can only be used on our official website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.achrangi.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.achrangi.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Still have questions?
